How quickly can you have a coffee solution up and running?
Within 5–7 business days of confirming your order — including delivery, installation, machine calibration, and a short staff orientation. For urgent requirements, call us directly and we'll do our best to fast-track.
Do you offer leasing as well as outright machine purchase?
Yes — both options are available. Our lease programmes start at a fixed monthly rate with all maintenance and support included. No capital commitment, no surprise charges. Just great coffee. Our sales team can walk you through the numbers on a call.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
We offer same-day response across Nairobi and next-business-day service across East Africa. If we can't fix it on-site, we'll provide a loan machine to keep you running. You'll never go a full day without coffee.
Can I trial a machine before committing to a programme?
We do 5 day trials for businesses.
Which regions do you currently serve?
We're headquartered in Nairobi and currently serve clients across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda — with expansion ongoing. Contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your area, and we'll let you know our timeline.
